Through his foundation, the C. Ludens Ringnes Foundation, Christian Ringnes wants to establish a sculpture and heritage park at Ekeberg as a gift to the City of Oslo. This gift will imply that the foundation pays the expenses for the development and operation of the park within a limit of NOK 300 million. The Agency for Cultural Affairs is cooperating with the C. Ludens Ringnes Foundation to submit a proposal to the municipal council for a zoning plan and a long-term agreement on the establishment and operation of the park.
