Scholarship for young talented artists within the voluntary cultural field
Young artists who recruit and work on a voluntary basis in various art and cultural genre can apply. Voluntary cultural fields refers to both artistic activity within non-governmental organizations that have a cultural purpose as well as to free artistic groups or special projects.
The scholarship seeks to encourage enthusiasts to recruitment force by the voluntary cultural sector to develop their own artistic talent.

The scholarship seeks to encourage enthusiasts to recruitment force by the voluntary cultural sector to develop their own artistic talent.
Criterias:
- The scholarship can be given to applicants between 18-26 years (at the application deadline)
- Project's recruitment and development potential is essential
- The project is carried out entirely in Oslo
