Oslo municipality has a particular responsibility to safeguard the artistic legacy of Munch and Vigeland. This scholarship includes projects related to Munch and Vigeland's art, and is provided as a general rule, for research purposes. It also includes grants related to research on objects / works belonging to Oslo other major art and cultural collections.
Please note that this scholarship will replace the existing scholarships from Oslo at the Munch Museum and Vigeland museum.
Criteria:
Applicants may not be scientific / professional employed by, respectively. Munch Museum, Vigeland Museum, Stenersen Museum or Art in Oslo
In connection with the grant recipient must hold a public lecture in Oslo related to research project topics under the auspices of the Oslo kommune.
