Culture Scholarship
Oslo's cultural profile is presented in Oslo's annual budget. Culture scholarships will annually to support the city's cultural profile and therefore priorities will vary from year to year. The grant support Oslo as a city of music, with particular emphasis on ethnic minorities and innovative non-commercial projects.
The scholarship will provide a range of artists / researchers / cultural worker economic opportunity to focus on artistic activity / research during the scholarship period. It is also open for applications regarding publication or presentation relating to such initiatives.
Criterias:
- The project's relevance to Oslo's cultural profile
- The project's quality and feasibility within the framework outlined
- The project is carried out entirely in Oslo
